M	M A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. Under no circumstances would I give this detail shop any stars. As per rules I am compelled to give them a one star. These guys are totally unprofessional when it comes to keeping their word. They say they will take care of your car as if it is high-end car but they do the absolutely opposite. When I took my car back because the services that were provided the first time were not up to par, Arthur and his dad were very rude to me. They started to swear at me and got very defensive. I felt overpowered by them and felt as if I was going to be physically attacked. I had to leave from the place fearing for my safety. I will not recommend the shop to anyone only the basis of unprofessionalism and intimidation. They cannot take criticism with a chip of ice. Take care car somewhere else to have to cleaned and detailed.

S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a total rip- off. I had the worst experience of detailing my car. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my car detailed here, but not worth of my money it’s a total waste. I paid $300 for a car detail but this guy did absolute nightmare of a job. When I went to drop my vehicle, he was super nice and bragging about his work and showed me his work on high-end cars so I thought he’ll do a good job. I found wet car mats on my car floors, as well there was still sand in my cup holders that was not cleaned. When you pay $300 for a detail you expect a good work. And when I brought my car back to show him he got mad and defensive and started swearing at me. He even threatened to call the police and file a report against me for simply showing me that was not completed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. This guy is a total disgrace of a car detailer.

I had my Range Rover detailed with a complete detail package and paint correction, paint protection film and ceramic coating, the results are amazing!!!! The team was wonderful and return time was quick! Highly recommend if your looking for a professional detail shop with top quality products and service!

Z	Zach Ylimaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe in giving people a second chance to make things right, but denying when you make a mistake, damage something and lying about it is not cool. With this said, use caution if you choose to bring your vehicle here. Other than the damage that was done, the vehicle came out very well and does look good. There was definitely a good effort put into cleaning the vehicle and they are capable of doing a good job. There's still an opportunity to make this right but I don't think that's going to happen. Me being an Uber driver doesn't mean anything. You claimed the mark was from a cigarette, that's impossible, as I don't smoke, and no one ever has in my vehicle. I have time stamped photos from before drop-off that show no damage on my seats other than the puke, and time stamped photos when I got home after that have damage. When I picked up my vehicle I wasn't looking for burn marks on my seat I was looking to make sure the puke was fully gone, which it also wasn't, theres still splatter in places. Say whatever you like to try and cover up the damages, whats done is done. Whats more important is how a business handles a complaint or issue with a customer. Had you of owned up to the damage, offered a solution like offering to repair or replace the seat cover as opposed to lying about how it happened then I wouldn't have to waste my time writing a negative review. I would have given 5 stars and called it a day, but here we are. And yes you are correct I did say don't worry about it and left, because I'm not going to stand around listening to someone lie to me, I also couldn't bring my car in the following day, as you are CLOSED on Sunday.

If you truly want quality work, honesty, and your vehicle back at the promised time, you need to come here and speak to Arthur. Don't expect average industry pricing because the man produces more than average results. Truly above and beyond service and all expectations for a skeptic like myself. Your vehicle will be in good hands.
