Professionalism, competency, very personable and support from the beginning of the process right to the signing at the notary. I was originally trying to sell through duproprio and after opening up my home to strangers who were not serious, I received a call from Greg offering his services. I signed with him the first day he visited me while maintaining my add on duproprio. Greg sold my townhouse one week later! He accomplished getting the highest price in my sector of Chateauguay. After a disappointing experience on DuProprio (it worked for others, but not for me), I interviewed many brokers, and one quickly stood out from the crowd I met. His name is Greg Thompson, and he works for REMAX Platine. How was he different? For starters, he has a warm and engaging personality, but more than that, Greg further impressed me with his professionalism, good advice, and constant availability. I did not feel that he looked on me as just another way to make a quick buck. He took a personal interest in my situation, made my goals his goals, and provided the appropriate advice when needed. He’s a very good listener and always answered in a polite, friendly, and especially timely manner when something was preoccupying me. I have to say we worked well together. My property literally sold in no time, and more importantly according to my expectations that we mutually agreed upon before starting.
