★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim and Spencer went Above and beyond, I am a Plumber and was having a hard time finding A certain kind of glove for PPE, They BOTH went way out of their way to help me, and actually found exactly what I needed.
Always GREAT service at this location, shop with confidence!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just before 12pm today Mar 31st, I was driving on river rd and one of your 5 ton trucks pulled out of a parking lot (I think the tom mac Ship yard) and cut me off. After they cut me off, they pulled over to the side which didn't make any sense. I have a dash cam and I can provide license plate if needed. I just want you guys to tell your drivers to take it easy and not rush. Along with commercial vehicles there is a lot of residents and people with smaller vehicles who drive on river rd.

I am not a customer nor will I ever be one after being bullied on the road by your own deliver driver today, Jan. 14'22 from 1:20pm-1:29pm. The truck's plate # is MB 4632. Each employees, whether administrative down to deliver driver reflects the company's reputation. With your driver being careless and with no respect to other driver most specially (L) driver, wrecks your company's image. Your driver thought I'm a learner driver, decided to harassed & tailgated me from 196ave & Willowbrook drive down to 192 past 80ave (1 lane). I was already going 60 on 50km and still, your driver kept pushing me to go faster. He drove past me & then cut me off. My daughter's (L) sign was visible behind my car. I am a very experience class 5 driver & was the one driving (no passenger). I've been driving for 25yrs & I still panicked when your driver didn't stop tailgating me. Your driver's behaviour could easily scare & intimidate (L) drivers causing them to panic, lose their concentration and most likely get into an accident. 100% customer service/satisfaction doesn't stop once the order has been placed. It goes down to how your driver represent themselves on the road as well. I do hope your company invest on proper training and road awareness to all your drivers. Common courtesy goes a long way.
