★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried opening an account for one of my businesses with these guys for over 6 months now and about 10 attempts to open a cash account. Every time I ask, they say they’ll get back to me in 1-2 business days and never heard back. I applied with a different business that makes less than a third of the revenue than the primary business that I applied for and that got approved after 3 attempts. Never encountered a business that makes it so hard for me to give them business. Luckily, because of this issue, I was able to source other suppliers that were able to source what I need at a much lower price. Gregg’s prices are reasonable on some things but most things are priced higher than other reputable sources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to get a hydraulic hose made with barely any customers in the building. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the employees gave me the occasional glance. Terrible customer service. I had to ask to be helped while standing at the counter. They act like they are the ones giving me money.
