If you are looking for a quick sale without maximizing your home's value, Greg is the realtor for you! He does not appear to be a good communicator. He takes listings in areas he is unfamiliar with, which causes sellers to not maximize the value of their listing. There is an abundance of Realtors in this Vancouver market, do your homework before choosing this one!

It is most unfortunate that the review regarding our Realtor was so negatively written. I had the pleasure of being a Realtor for just over 25 years in Ontario prior to moving to BC. and respectfully did my due diligence in choosing Greg to represent us. Some of the most important qualities with respect to choosing a Realtor are honesty, integrity, quick to communicate , hard working, professionalism, and a good sense of humour. We had several Realtors give us a market analysis on our homes value and they were all in the same ball park for the price we listed... The review written above seems to be offensive to me as a seller as it indicates that I did not get the value from the sale of my home. The media, and the public hear nothing but doom and gloom regarding the market...we were not forced to take the first offer but accepted it in good faith that the subjects would be removed. We asked Greg to continue to market our home, which also included an Open House. Perhaps we could have waited for any offers to be presented to us after the Open House, as there were others who showed interest. A quick sale does not mean under value...it means that the house was in a great location, in excellent condition, and priced to sell. Thankfully we had these qualities in our home and the process was made even better by having Greg represent us...We gladly give Greg 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to friends and family.

Professionalism, Integrity and Enthusiasm. Three of the many qualities that Greg possesses that led us to choose him for our buying and selling needs. After a failed attempt to sell our home, we were apprehensive to list again in the current market. We chose Greg in full faith that he could sell our home (and with a strict timeline for the arrival of our first child) and he delivered!
