r	rjracing12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I own a 2006 Suzuki kingquad, and my father misplaced they key. Never had a spare.(purchased used in 2007). Both dealerships Bud Robinson's & Great Lakes Honda referred me to go here, because that's where they send customers with lost keys or whatever the case may be. And everyone seems pleased. But not me. I wanted a week and a half for them to try to figure it out. They didn't even cut the blank key I provided from them. (purchased blank key from Royal distributing) NOT HAPPY

Said they couldn't get a the other ones to work becausethey were made wrong. Which I then fixed in seconds. And then had 3 in my trailor and had the insides fell out while going down the highway. Because the retainer screws wernt in correctly. They also kept my old cores that were in the lock. And gave me terrible service by the rude lady behind the desk.

They said “we’ll have them done for you by tomorrow” The next day they weren’t done, apparently someone had an ear ache. A week later they still weren’t done, was told they are very busy. Called every other day to see what was going on with little communication on their end. Flash forward another week, pick up the locks and they aren’t even functional. Don’t lie say “we’ll have them done tomorrow” and do nothing, and still charge money. They don’t do a “first come, first serve” type of job? So my locks just got pushed to the wayside? Would have just paid to get new locks from the start if I knew it’d be this much of a headache. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your time and effort.

A couple days later the tractor was moved. Reasonable rates and great staff. Thanks!
