It was my experience that the property/tenancy manager was EXCELLENT at speedy responses to my countless questions. I've been on site virtually every day for the past SIXTEEN MONTHS, and have yet to hear a single complaint from even ONE resident. Additionally, I've observed each resident being greeted by name EACH TIME and alwayswith a smile. That's how I gauged the quality of care and management attitude. Might I become bold as to opine that Mr. Patel just may be of the 'difficult-to-please' ilk?

Do not apply here if you are looking for a permanent position. Spend your time working at a facility who plans to keep you.

Mom was on a waiting list several years long; we were fortunate with timing and got a placement after a period of convalescent care determined she needed LTC rather than assisted living. Each member of the staff, from the PSWs to the nurses, administration and management are professional, hard working, caring and pleasant, handling the challenges of providing the necessary level of care. While it's not perfect, our experience has shown that Greenwood provides a genuinely caring and supportive environment.
