My entire body felt lifted and rejuvenated. The deep breathing really relaxed me and my skin was glowing afterwards! I would highly recommend this new block therapy!!!! 5 Stars?????

We spent a day working on each other practicing the Block for Bodyworkers program. She taught me so many great ways to get deeper into my body with the block as well as teaching me what she needed for her body. She is a wealth of knowledge!! The people in the Penticton area have a real treasure! She is a gifted healer. If you want to get to the root of your issues, I would highly recommend Tami.

Thanks to Tami and her block therapy and massages, when my knees act up I am able to use the block and get relief. My left knee went pop and the pain was a 10 and I was not able to put any weight on my left leg. I used my brace and knew it would take several weeks to heal. The next day I started to block my knee and within a few hours I was able to walk with minimal pain and by the evening pain was gone and my knee was back to normal. One day compared to a few weeks. I also did not take anything for pain I just relied on the block. This is all due to Tami and the time she spends daily to learn more about the block and its potential. She has always been amazing at finding the parts that hurt and making the hurt go away, but know she has taken her talent to a higher level and it is called Block Therapy. Tami is a qualified instructor for Block Therapy and uses the Block along with her vast knowledge of massage to help her clients. I have soft tissue damage on my left knee and am in constant pain 24/7. My last 2 appointments Tami has been using the block and massage to help my knee heal and the pain to subside. I have gone from extreme pain (9) to annoyance pain (3.5 to 4). The day after my appointment I was amazed at how I felt and how much better my movement was.
