BUYER BEWARE 1.Packages are taking way too long to be dispatched (4 – 6 weeks). 2.Seeds are WAY overpriced and there are many other great Canadian companies you can get seeds at much better prices. Be sure to shop around. 3.Susanne of Greenlane Gardens is not a very nice person to deal with. She first comes across nice, but if you have any concerns or feedback about your order that in the slightest sounds like criticism, brace yourself, Susanne will become defensive and nasty, rather than finding a solution to your concerns. 4.Packages (if they are being sent out at all) DO NOT have tracking. So many people who have purchased from Greenlane, don’t end up getting their orders and Susanne/Greenlane refuses to fulfill or refunds the orders. 5.Their refunds and Cancellation policy are conflicting and fraudulent 6.Please read through as much customer feedback as possible. Pay attention to how generic the positive reviews are and how detailed the Negative reviews are. Every negative feedback is consistent with the other. Either people are not getting their orders, seeds are not germinating, or Susanne becomes mean and nasty to customers. You can even read it in her responses right here on Etsy. 7.Genuine negative comments are being buried by generic positive comments posted 5 – 6 times by the same person. Seems like a scam, so be sure to do your due diligence and read through as much comments as possible. I made the mistake of not doing this before placing my order with Greenlane. 8.Orders are not being fulfill in a timely manner, yet this company keeps taking orders. Susanne says it’s due to Covid-19, but other growers and greenhouses are not taking orders, when they fall behind. Other growers and greenhouses (when they fall behind) do not have a 4 – 6 week wait for seeds, which is what I have been experiencing so far. Other greenhouses are fulfilling orders in a timely matter. This was my very first purchase on Etsy and it was the worst experience I had to deal with an online supplier. I highly recommend that you DO NOT order from this supplier. The only reason I am giving this review a 1 star, is because I cannot give it less than that. My experience has been horrible. I have been dealing with a woman by the name of Susanne. I have tried several times to reason with Suzanne on a positive level and to give her the opportunity to be understanding, however all she has done is victimize herself in the most sick and disturbing way. I will have a detailed response about my experience with this Greenhouse on my Blog.

Had absolutely no issues, bought Poblano seeds last year and every single one sprouted. That order was from Amazon and no issues for delivery. This year I bought direct and picked up at the farm , seeds were packaged as stated and don't expect any issues this time either. Not so easy to find non GMO and local so I'm happy there is someone close by.

The owner went above and beyond to get our seeds to us. Canada post had messed up and would not get our package to us while we were locked down and unable to pick it up at the post office. After a lengthy phone call to our post office, with the postmaster and the nice lady from Greenlane, the post office decided to delivery the order to us. It arrived late the same day. I am very happy with the service given. I highly recommend this store.

I wish there was a "0" stars! And I wished I had seen the other review on here. I encountered the same issue with Suzanne. I purchased on Etsy back in April and asked the owner when I would receive the package, she said 3 weeks so I went ahead and purchased. 5 weeks went by and no product arrival and I could not wait any longer so I sent her an email to please cancel the order. In which she responded that my order will be shipped today. I asked her to please cancel as it had been such a long time. She ignored my response and kept the order for a week and a half after my follow up email and then shipped it via Canada Post which took 3 days deliver. Given the pandemic situation, you as the owner should return $ if you are not able to process the order in timely fashion - 2 months is awfully a long time! This has nothing to do with $4 purchase, but poor integrity! Not to mention, the seeds did not grow at all! Worst online purchase!
