M	Mark Donaldson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located at the corner of York & Front, between King & Front. Narrow stairs and smells like Toronto for sure. Relatively clean and well priced for the location's convenience. Well lit and safe with cameras installed.

Again, thank you for offering affordable parking rates in this increasingly more expensive city. This is the best and most reliable parking company in Toronto, in my opinion. Thanks again!

Unfortunately it's not connected to the underground P.A.T.H walkway network but you can access the walkway by exiting at the southend and cross east into The Royal York Hotel. Close proximity to Roy Thomson Hall, King Street theatres and restaurants and area businesses. I suppose this garage is saved from being redeveloped due to the small area above ground and the existing southbound lane from University Avenue to access Front Street turns. Hope this remains true. Reasonable rates especially after 6 p.m. weeknights.

I had lost my ticket and so had to pay the full $25 rate even though I had only been parked for 4 hours maximum. Speaking to the security over the Help button on the pay machine, he was extremely rude, was raising his voice at me, and at that point, I just wanted to get out of there, so I paid the full amount and left. The only good thing about this parking garage is the location (near Union Station), other than that, I will never be using it again.

A	AA Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent parking lot and rates are reasonable as per downtown prices ($25 max for the day). The lot rightfully also marks that it's accessible only by steps. Conveniently located near Union Station & pans the distance till King Street.
