★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin and his people did an excellent job of our partial kitchen renovation. They did fine work, solved problems on the spot or with Martin's input and generally cleaned up well in progress and afterward. His electricians, Jessica and Mike from VIP Electric, also prevented a potential fire by alerting us to a dangerous situation--much appreciated. We have always hired individual trades in our area and will continue to do so, but for more complex jobs, we plan to work with Green Island again.

His estimates and projections were always simple to understand and our project came in on budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin and his crew did an incredible job ! We have an old house in Victoria that was gutted down to it's studs. The work was done to a very high standard by both the crew and the trades that were brought into this project. This was a new experience for me and it was so nice to feel that we were in such competent hands. They were very receptive to any ideas or questions we had and very easy to talk to.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their house. You will love the work they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green Island was the contractor for a kitchen renovation in our son’s Victoria condo. They paired with Urbana Kitchens, the provider of our cabinets and counters.
The team was professional, efficient and accurate. They provided us with a beautiful kitchen with only a slight delay of two weeks. This delay was not their fault as the counters took a bit longer than expected. So, we started in mid-January and finished at the end of March.
At all times, they were friendly and courteous.
We consider the job was perfect! How often can one say that?
From the backsplash to the sink, the vinyl floor tiles and the very cool LED under cabinet lighting, the new kitchen is a joy to behold.
Well done, Green Island! We will definitely use you services for the bathrooms!

They were great to deal with all the way from initial contact, project quote and construction. They had a good team of sub contractors throughout the project. Communication was prompt and direct through calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings with the project coordinators. Great quality millwork and finishes. Would highly recommend GIB!
