★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nathan did a great job cleaning our partially silk persian carpet after a pet had an accident on it. I took it to his shop as it was a stat holiday and he happened to be in. We discussed the difficulties of an older carpet with silk in detail before I left it with him. Cleaning was completed in less than three days and the rug looks fine.

This may not be the cheapest quote you get, but it's worth paying a bit more to get really good service, and Nathan does an excellent and very thorough job. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nathan did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, I thought they looked fairly clean before he started but wanted them professionally done after a tenant moved out, and I couldn't believe what he pulled out of them even after I had vacuumed a few times! They look so much better and I love that he doesn't use chemicals. Super happy I'll definitely hire him again and will happily recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2+ HOURS LATE to perform work. No call to indicate they would be delayed.
Cleaning adequate given the initial condition of the carpet.
Don't know what chemicals were used in the cleaning machine or the temperature at which the machine was set but it was high enough and/or caustic enough to blister the paint on the bottom foot of the walls and door frames in the areas were the carpet was cleaned. Had to repaint several areas.
Will definitely not be using the services of this business again.
