She was very responsive to calls and emails and very accommodating to our schedule in showing us the property. She knows the area very well and knows a lot of people and as such Gloria went above and beyond in terms of introducing us to the handymen and electrician that specifically knew the property we were looking at. Real estate dealings can be confusing and stressful. In our dealings with Gloria, our transaction was neither confusing or stressful. Her calm demeanor, no pressure approach and the fact that she's easy to talk to made her an absolute pleasure to do business with.
