Was referred by a friend, took my aunt here. Probably one of the best denture work I have seen! Would highly recommend this denture clinic. Great, friendly and enthusiast staff!

I went to Great Smile when they first went into business. They told me they were Christian and as I am, I trusted them. They even told me they were deacons at their church at Markham Rd/Lawrence. I bought my dentures there about 8-10 years ago and they have never fit me. I paid mostly cash/signing over my insurance cheques at the time and it cost me more than other clinics I heard about after. They told me that I had a free re alignment but when the time came I was told I never paid my original bill and I had paid it. I proved that I had paid them but was quite insulted. Then they told me a re aligment would cost $500. I told them they never honoured or gave me my free re alignment. I've had nothing but problems with the dentures they made. They flopped around in my mouth from the time I got them. The lower denture broke in half in my mouth and I wasn't even eating. I was never able to eat with these dentures because of that. I tried adhesives, etc. nothing worked. My top dentures were re aligned but they told me the lower dentures would never fit so they didn't re align them. I stupidly believed Crystal the denturist. They act friendly and cater to Filipino/Asian people mostly. They also run another business in the same office which is a Filipino entertainment/ticket outlet. I'm sorry I was fooled by how I was promised free alignment until after they were made. They also seemed so helpful until it was time to ante up. I even had referred 2 other people who have had the same problems and they had 2 teeth from their dentures fall out. Great Smile billed them also. I give one star to Marilyn, (Crystal's mother) for friendliness and clearing up the issue that I had paid my whole bill in advance. As to the professional quality of the fitting I give a big NO STAR. I'm not prejudice as I'm a visible minority myself but as I said they cater to their own countrymen.

Before Covid 19 my denture replacement was $350.00 now there telling me it cost over $1000.00 and the staff pretty much said wait till 2023 when ill be covered. Now how does the price triple in one year. This place is a f@!king rip off and its obvious that they are hurting for $$$ and don't care about peoples smiles and self esteem i advise anyone who goes to Great Smile Denture Clinic be careful with your wallet.

I could not be any happier with my dentures or my Denturists Gino. All the staff that I delt with were super nice and professional. Gino was not only excellent at making my new dentures…but he was just so caring with my aftercare also! Would recommend anyone to this Scarboro location ?

Should you invest in a denture? There are two types to consider. 1. Acrylic resin denture, 2. Metalic-based denture These ranges from $1500 to $2500 a set (upper and lower mouth) I have experienced with the metallic denture. It usually will require some fitting adjusting to make sure they hold good in your mouth. The common problem is that they do and can fall apart within your mouth with jaw chewing and movement of food chunks which easily dislock from the teeth that hold them in place. There is really nothing much the denturist can do to fix this perpetual problem. They suggest getting use to them and eating soft food slowly. The use of dentures are a struggle for many people. The best advice from a user is to keep your teeth as healthy as you can when you are younger. Good luck.

I always get my teeth cleaning done at this clinic. The space is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and Jen the hygienist is wonderful!

I had nothing but bad fitting and heavy dentures over implants made by dentists for the past 10 years, for the first time thanks to Great Smile Denture Clinic I finally have great fitting dentures, I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the product and service I received from Crystal at Great Smile Denture clinic.

The worst place every my parents have been going there for 3 years now and just because they are on odsp now. I Tried to book and emergency appt they gave me 3 weeks late And my mom is in so much pain to go somewhere they want to new xray and complete exams and I feel that just because she is on odsp they won't take her now.
