★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience to book a lot here. The community is small close-knit as compared to other sw communities but it is beautiful. After the completion of transit center with park and ride facility nearby, this location will be very convenient for daily commuters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are beautiful and pretty safe neighborhood. The only thing i am not very fond of is the pond we have in our area. I understand, that its natural pond but still it looks very bad, water doesn't filter, more and more mosquitoes because of the still water and somewhere i personally feel that its ruining the look of Graydon hill. I mean our Graydon Hill entrance is so nice but as you turn towards the pond, its looks very disappointing- I personally feel it needs a bit of maintenance at least during the summer time.
