Justin’s professionalism is apparent the moment he first walks through your door, he was unbelievably prepared when he gave us an honest opinion of what our home was worth, and with data to back up his reasoning. The thing that sets him apart in my opinion is he is truly a good person as well as a professional. Be prepared to do the work, as he will give advice on how to score top dollar for your home, but listen too him it really works. Once we had the home ready he comes in with his marketing team for photos and a video of your home( and honestly the video made my wife cry it was that good). Our first meetings with Justin to talk about selling our home were focused on his marketing strategy and his philosophy/work ethic. He didn’t try to sell us on his process or force us to work with him at all; he just shared who he is and what he’s about and gave us space to decide if he was a good fit for what we were looking for/needed. Justin took time to research and really understand market trends in general and specifically in our neighborhood and explained both to us in a way that made sense. He made sure we were well prepared for marketing photos and showings and was in constant communication with us during that time to answer any questions and/or see how he could help. He was clear with us about what his boundaries are with regards to his time and expectations of us and himself. The write-up he did of our home was well written, beautiful and made it easy for potential buyers to envision what walking into our home would feel like. The amount of time, energy and detail he put into the process really made me feel like he was preparing to sell his own home. When it came time to staging our home Justin and his wife, Erica, came in and helped make sure things were ready, decorations were placed just so and they created an environment anyone would be able to see themselves living in. While there are some unique and beautiful things about our home that are great selling features, I strongly believe it was Justin’s guidance/strategy, his beautiful write-up and the final touches Justin and Erica took time to do that were the icing on the cake and the reason the sale of our home was quick and successful. One of the things I loved about working with Justin is that he only takes on a handful of listings at a time so he can give each listing the time and effort they deserve. His honesty, integrity and outstanding market knowledge was obvious so, even though we didn't end up purchasing that piece of property, when we did decide to sell our home, we of course asked him to be our listing agent.
