★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mixed experience with Grass Kennels.
Some of the issues I faced was a lack of communication and the experience of adopting our puppy felt very disorganized. I would often have to email multiple times before I got a response, at times even sending messages to the Instagram account, as there was no number I could call. The experience felt impersonal and a bit frustrating.
I will say that when we met they were kind. Most importantly, I love the dog we adopted and even though our experience was disappointing, my family is happy to have the new addition to our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?I purchased the cutes little boy puppy Hari in Jan 2020. He’s such an amazing loyal caring loving goldendoodle. ‼️I had a great experience with the family. They responded to all my texts and emails in a timely manor. Hari is over a year now and he’s been a happy fun healthy boy. I’m in love ?with him. I would go back in the future to them for sure??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a sick puppy with serious lifelong health issues from these people. My contact regarding concerns about our pup's distressing symptoms were totally downplayed by the breeder, and then I was "dropped". I did not blame them for our problems - I was INFORMING them. A responsible breeder would be concerned but they just continued on breeding the genes - the opposite of what they state they're all about. As an experienced dog family we were ready for raising a puppy, but we expected a healthy puppy and they sold us the hardest challenge of our lives, that will continue for years. This couple was not transparent regarding how huge their breeding practice is and they hid the fact that they had many other dogs in the house, and they also hid the health problems within the litter. We would NEVER have bought a puppy from them if I'd had any clue of the truth. They pretended to have bred the 2 dogs that their family owned. (This was prior to the website.) The female dogs are bred often and far too many times. "Doodles" a not a breed as they seem to think - they're an overpriced cross-breed. The health guarantee seems to guarantee that they won't be liable if they sell you a sick puppy. Better off to buy a puppy from someone who isn't pumping out puppies to make a living. They are making hundreds of thousands of dollars selling puppies, puppies and more puppies.

The couple at Grass Kennels is very friendly, and informative. They obviously take very good care of their puppies. I highly recommend!
