This was the first company vehicle we purchased, so it was a pretty big deal for us and we had about a one week window to get decals on it, or we'd have had to leave it until January. Taylor at GI managed to squeeze us in and get it done in time. The process was easy, the work was good, and the service was excellent. They seemed to be really busy with a couple of big jobs for bigger clients, but I still felt like they took into account how busy we were, and they showed that even our small job was important to them. I'm certain that the visibility of the vehicle increased our sales. I had lots of people come up to our market booths saying "I saw your van!" I would use GI again, and I definitely recommend them.

The decals are high quality, stand up to the elements and can be washed aggressively. I own Goodbye Graffiti Vancouver and periodically our trucks and cars have been tagged and even when cleaning the wraps with our graffiti removers the decals have remained undamaged. I would defiantly Graphic Impressions for quality and great customer service.

The team ensured we had quick responses to our questions along the way - from understanding materials we were printing on to formatting art files the GI team took the time to explain and assist where needed. We were able to submit ready to print files + art files that required design work, which they handled. Definitely recommend!

For the price I was quoted to paint my work truck, GI was able to vinyl wrap it, add decals to it, put decals on my other two fleet vehicles and do big billboard decals on my cargo trailer. That includes design and layout from their talented and helpful designer who took my chickenscratch napkin ideas and turned them into exactly what I wanted, and never complained about revisions. I can't believe how they transformed my beat up old truck into a gorgeous beast that looks like new. The whole team was super friendly and helpful, taking me into the warehouse to show me the procedure, always keeping me in the loop. The turn around time was great. I will definitely be using them for any future vehicle needs my company has.

From start to end Tom handled the project flawlessly and were honest and great about managing expectations. Collin did an amazing job wrapping the car and you can tell he takes pride in his work which definitely showed in the final result. Highly recommend coming to Graphic Impressions!
