I made my order 12732092 on December 2. The company has been messing with it for 43 (!!!) days to send a single PayPal link for payment. When they finally sent the order, it was incomplete. Now, I do not have my ordered set of piezo saddles for my 7-string build and I have lost all faith in this company. Needless to say that no one has answered my claims via email and no one seems to care about taking $200 from a customer and sending them an uninstallable product. P.S. I have to add a couple of words considering the completely misguiding "Response from the owner" provided by Graphtech below. Shipping to Russia was not the problem since it only took 10 days for me to receive the package after Graphtech FINALLY sent it. The attached photos are all taken from my unedited unpacking video sent to them earlier. Stating that some scary 'Russian customs' managed to open a FULLY CLOSED AND UNDAMAGED FEDEX PARCEL and steal/damage some parts of a factory-sealed saddles set through its original packaging is just LIE. As seen on the photos, the missing parts are instantly visible through the original packaging. It would have only taken Graphtech customer service a single look to see that something was missing before the shipping (if they cared at all). The order was also NOT a specialty one since it was a usual 7-string set of PN-8200-07 saddles provided on their website for instant purchase via PayPal. Unfortunately, a PayPal payment link on their website was not working properly, which required long correspondence with the company for them to provide a direct payment link for a couple of items (took them 43 days total to provide it, no kidding). Afterwards, they single-handedly decided to include some 'free' items to the order AGAINST MY REQUEST to compensate for this delay, which CAUSED FURTHER DELAYS due to Russian customs requiring additional forms for each of these items that I have never requested from Graphtech. After almost 2 months of patient wait on my part, the shipped order that was supposedly controlled by Graphtech 'customer service' arrives with the missing parts as shown on the photos. The problem is, I have a custom guitar build scheduled on early February 2022 from a popular Russian luthier that has a waiting list of 12+ months at the moment. I started the ordering process with Graphtech on 2 December 2021, which should have provided ample time for me to receive all items, check their integrity and send them to my luthier. When I received the incomplete package on 22 of January 2022, I immediately informed Graphtech customer service about the problem. I may have used the word "f*ckup" a couple of times in my messages. I find it difficult to find a more correct term for the situation where a customer who had been patiently waiting for 43 days (!!!) for their delayed order is then forced to spend several days resolving the customs problems entirely caused by Graphtech, and finally receives an incomplete order despite the stated 'special control from Graphtech customer service'. I understand that Graphtech may have some higher cultural standards than me and may get offended by a disgruntled customer from a third-world country that they have been consistently putting through the grinder over the course of several months with a perfectly simple order. It should also be noted that Graphtech have not been answering my emails between 22 of January 2022 and 26 of January 2022 until reviews were posted here on Google and on several other social media. Effectively, I could neither confirm further delays with my luthier not get ANY CLARIFICATIONS regarding the missing order parts. I think that this kind of attitude towards the customer is substantially more unprofessional on their part than a couple of rude words from a senior developer who has wasted multiple working hours on 30+ (!!!) messages of correspondence with the company to continuously encounter new problems, get an incomplete order after 2 months of wait, and face a potential loss of a long-waited queue position for building my dream instrument as a result.

Fantastic service, thank you! I erroneously purchased a right-handed set of Ratio machine heads. I contacted customer support, got in touch with Alex, and he was super friendly and helpful. He helped me get an exchange with the right plates as well, and everything was resolved very quickly! Great stuff!

Greatest thanks to my Sales Rep. Gary - who with his wonderful attitude and mountain of expertise, not only answered all my questions but helped me understand the magic behind the vastly superior performance of these tuning machines, AND... he also helped me unravel a mistake I made when I placed my original order of these from StewMac. I now have these on my primary gig guitar, (Martin GPCPA4) and am thrilled with how in-tune my guitar stays. I will definitely be putting these on all my other guitars.

I absolutely love these Graph Tech TUSQ Picks (A1 0.68mm Vintage). I ordered these Tusq picks on a whim and I am blown away by how much I like these Tusq picks. I also appreciate the good people at Graph Tech for "throwing in" a couple of extra-allen wrenches for the Graph/Tech String Saver Saddles that came with my used Squire Stratocaster Vintage Modified. I enjoy the tone and the sound I get from my graph tech saddles. G/T makes great products and I appreciate being able to do buisiness with our Canadian neighbors.
