★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engineer was very eager to help. When I received the quote, I asked clarifying questions because I'm not an engineer and didn't understand the details. His reply was rude, arrogant and told me to find someone else to do the job. I was shocked but happy to be made aware that this is type of individual I would be working with. Would not recommend. Found another engineer in town that was very helpful.
