★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first started this process back in 2016 it was much easier then I expected. My trustee that I was working with showed compassion in what she was doing and how my financial situation would be handled.
I never missed a payment in the four years that I arranged, everything went smoothly. The only problem that came up was closer to dismissal time. Communication is always changing. My contact for my file was changing almost monthly and becoming rather annoying. It was never the same person that I originally drew up the paper work with. Therefore I was going over the same information time after time.
With the recent developments of Covid-19 it became harder to go into the office and pay my monthly bill. Therefore the only other payment plans were pre-authorized from my bank account or a post dated cheque. This was a struggle also as they don't offer a lot of payment alternatives to make sure your account doesn't go delinquent. As someone who always wants to pay on time, I feel more options should be made to future clients.
I am relieved that this process is finally complete and I appreciate the work that was put into my file.
