★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful little shop. Conflicted review, I asked one staff member if she would give me a light fitting for the sale (over a couple of weeks ago) price to which she replied no. I have no problem with that and told her so, explaining I thought I should take the opportunity to ask. From that point on she really wasn't helpful, expecting me to just take the large fitting with plate and chain dragging along to the car, I was not impressed with her attitude and feel that she should be a little more professional and helpful, however the other lady was very helpful, interested and pleasant.

I find the most unique gifts for my loved ones and I also get a chance to spoil myself. Over the years I have gotten to know Heidi and her staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of great products, but the staff were a little odd. My wife and I were followed around the store for 15 minutes by one of the workers, who had some obvious concerns that we may be shoplifters.
We did purchase a few items, and got a stone cold reaction from the two women who rang up the order. They were completely silent, did not engage or react to any of our pleasant, one sided gestures of thanks during our experience.
I'd stick to the restaurant and avoid crossing the street to the shop.
