★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an immigration company. Most of the workers are recent immigrants from India, whom this employer takes advantage of. The workers are not given much training and do not know any safety standards. The training they are given as to their job, is very limited, and as such are a danger to everyone around them. They are extremely messy and leave it a disaster for other trades to work. They don't train their workers for fear that they will go elsewhere for better pay. It is despicable behavior! And it's certainly not in the spirit of Canada! There's no quality or pride, and they are constantly late. This is how these homes are being built now. It's sad that these guys are getting rich on the backs of their fellow countrymen.
Tldr: Caution, your building will be late and possibly crooked. But you'll have a lot of fun backcharging them! ????
