★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was scheduled for 2:50, I left work to be here on time, then you make me wait 20 minutes for my appointment.
If you can't stay on schedule then maybe you need to fix your scheduling or the person who does so.
Zero explanation given for why it took so long other than "you can ask the doctor" from reception.....real nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful! My son has been on a waitlist for a year and just got off the phone with them and she just told me that the waitlist is 3 years!?!?! That is crazy. My private insurance won't cover it and the cheapest I have found is about $159 an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought Grandview was all about early intervention for ASD? We were flagged by our family dr as well as a Pediatrician for ASD testing in May 2021. We started our journey shortly after with Grandview assuring us that a developmental pediatrician would contact us soon to book our full assessment appointment. We were told the steps to follow and did so. Months past by... I sent follow up emails to our "service specialist" who kept telling me they would contact us as soon as possible to book the "official" assessment; COVID was the excuse for longer than normal wait times for virtual assessments. What a joke! How does COVID, a YEAR later, impede phone calls?! - Fast forward by 365 days ( yes, a FULL YEAR LATER) I was loosing my patience in waiting to finish our assessment. Turns out that Grandview didn't even SEND our referral to the Developmental Pediatrician!!! Our family has been waiting, agonizing and struggling for over a year because someone dropped the ball and our son slipped through the cracks. Now I can't even get a return email or reply from management about our situation!!! Thanks for wasting a year of my sons life Grandview; we will never get that early intervention time back!! I hope you help other children and families better than you have with ours. Extremely disappointed!!!!!
