I got the best splint ever from Shaun and his staff. Greatest service ever! They didn’t just care about my teeth, they cared about me. Wonderful place!

My mom was recommended here by a dentist. Probably the worst recommendation she could have ever gotten. She went back several times to get her dentures adjusted. Each time she left they were way worst. He never listened or took the time of day to be considerate of how her mouth felt. Worst place to go for dentures. Save your time go somewhere else!!!! Ps: she got her money back and went somewhere else!

He has been relentless in finding the most comfortable and serviceable results possible for me. The office is well-managed and dedicated to client satisfaction as well as being highly responsive to emergencies. I heartily recommend Dr. Ward and his team. Sean is absolutely the best! I just got my new set (last one was 6 yrs old) and I look amazing! Easily just took 5 years off my appearance! He’s a great guy, very professional yet personable as well. I had the good fortune to have a top notch GP dentist and an excellent oral surgeon for a LOT of work. They recommended Shaun Ward, and I am so grateful. I thing of physician and practitioners in terms of: 'are they a healer, or a medical mechanic', and Shaun falls into the first category.

Shaun created a splint for me in record time. The splint was ready in less than a week and it fits perfectly. The office staff was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond in order to assist me. The price was much more reasonable than having the splint made elsewhere. I am very grateful to Shaun and thrilled that I had my splint made at his clinic. Thank you for everything!

I have many dental issues and have for years. I've seen multiple physicians and dentists to rectify at least some of the problems but I always felt judged. I simply stopped trying. That being said, I finally got it together and made an appointment at Grandview. I genuinely could not be more impressed with the level of service and respect I was shown. Leanne at the front is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and just on point. Shaun is absolutely incredible. Not once did I feel judged or severely anxious as I have in the past. He answered all of my questions and was honest with me. He said the clinic would be making some calls on my behalf and that they would get back to me the next day and they did. I was able to get in to a Dentist close to my home for this week. Shaun also has a clinic in Sherwood Park inside the Synergy health centre for patients who live closer to that location. I was given excellent advice from Shaun and Leanne. In the past I've left the dentist usually feeling hopeless. This was the first time I didn't and that means the world to me. They sincerely care about your smile and teeth and wellbeing. I could go on and on but instead, I will simply say that I very highly recommend and encourage anyone who is in need of their services (can be found on their website) to go to one of Shaun's two clinics. You'll receive top notch service at either one. I'm eternally grateful to have found them. In my opinion, if I could give them a 10 out of 10 on here I most certainly would. Please try their clinics; you won't regret it.

Shaun was absolutely fantastic. I had a horrible experience with another denturist but Shaun’s expertise and wonderful personality put me at ease immediately. My new partials are absolutely perfect. The fit is wonderful, they look amazing and I can finally enjoy a meal again Leanne is absolutely a pleasure to talk to and books appointments for you as soon as possible. My total experience there was great from start to finish. I definitely recommend Grandview Denture Clinic to anyone wanting a wonderful experience from start to finish.
