β β β β β I have an irrational fear of dentist, like not breathing heart pounding horror movie kinda fear. EVERYONE, and I truly mean everyone at Grandview Dental have and continue to be so kinda and helpful through all dental procedures, their patience is out of this world. I know that even through tears and mild panic attacks they are there for me, and will do anything in their power to make me comfortable. Dr. Swati and Stephanie explained everything step by step, while putting me at ease and going at a pace that was comfortable. I am forever grateful to the whole team for holding my hand and guiding me back into the world of sparkly teeth!

β β β β β We recently switched to the location on Lawson Rd, strictly for convenience. Since switching to this dentist our files have been mixed up multiple times. They charged our insurance and maxed out my husband's benefits for work that has not been done. They claimed 5 fillings, when only 2 fillings have been completed. Initial appointment was for a broken tooth that requires a root canal, that can no longer be covered because when they attempted to work on the broken tooth it was too sensitive. Instead they thentthen it upon themselves to charge insurance for 5 fillings and not do the root canal at all. The children do not want to return because of the pain they feel after the freezing wears off. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DENTIST. VERY UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT TO CLIENTS.

β β β β β I recently visited the new beautiful Scarborough location. I was pleasantly surprised, as dentists make me nervous! Dr. Swati and her assistant Stephanie are wonderful. They both have a great sense of humour and put me at ease. I had both a cleaning and a couple of necessary fillings. I liked the way Dr. Swati explained the process. She is a perfectionist and has a passion for teeth. She only did what was necessary, which I truly appreciated, as I donβt have insurance. She far exceeded my expectations. I know that if I have any issues, she will do her best to assist me without gouging me. I am grateful.

β β β β β Staff was accommodating and polite! Dentist Dr.Swati Ajwani was amazing made me feel comfortable explaining everything to me. Also, dental clinic Scarborough is well maintained and taking precautions for Covid-19. I Would recommend them to others.

β β β β β For someone with high anxiety i can really say that i can enjoy my visits at the dental office now. I'm terrified of needles and Dr. Swati has made it so i'm not so anxious. She is so gentle when giving them and i can bairly feel them. another great thing is that she can provide you with laughing gas if needed. I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and i was so worried in the beginning about getting them removed and all the freezing i would need, but Dr. Swati and her team were able to make it a comfortable environment and i was offered oral sedation to help with my nerves and the treatment process. They are very accommodating and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Swati's way of operating is so good that the patient won't feel a single fragment of pain. Along with strong support of her dental assistant to make the treatment more effective and quick. β β β β β Hands down, one of the BEST dental offices I have been to. Dr. Ajwani is GREAT at what she does, her staff is AMAZING! Everyone at this office is very friendly and accommodating; the office itself is professional and clean. The receptionist in the front desk was a pleasure to work with. The dental assistant did a great job in making sure my visit was comfortable and satisfying. I would highly recommend this clinic for any dental work, no doubt!
