Cab wanted pay before leaving. Cab 067. Old guy that could barely comprehend English. Told him I'd tip and pay when n we got to my address. Guy couldn't put together a sentence. I'm blocked from the cab company before I could complain

I ordered a cab to get me to work while my truck is in the shop. These guys guys told me 20 minutes..... 45 minutes later and no cab, and won't pick my phone calls . The worst service I've ever had. Late for work and no cab.

I called while walking in a snowstorm, to meet me at a circle K, took me maybe 10 minutes to walk there. Dispatch said 4-6 minutes, I called again about 30 minutes into my wait, they said yup 5 minutes. Well it’s been almost an hour and I’m still standing outside freezing. I called another service, they said 10 mins, let’s hope they show up ?

Extremely RUDE service provided by cab 191. 1 star is even too high for them. I'm working at a hotel and driver stopped at the front entrance for almost half an hour. Asked him politely if I can know the name of booking because I was hoping to help the driver to locate where is the guest at. I might be able to call the guest to remind them the cab is waiting. Driver raised his voice and started yelling and shouting at me from the car and ask me to mind my own business. Funny thing is he parked at the front entrance of the hotel and block the way. This is the reason why my work place do not use Dial A Cab but other cab service. Myself use Wapiti for long time. Will never use or recommend Dial A Cab to anyone for sure.

Just a few mins ago I got a cab home from work, one of the strangest experiences I've had. Don't want to come off judgemental or rude, but the man who drove me home's mannerisms were very very very akin to someone who is innebriated. If that is how he functions sober, please disregard this comment. First, he asked me if I will be needing a ride to the women's shelter, which I never asked him to take me there...and while I get that my apartment is right nearby I specifically gave him my apartment address. Then I clarified that I lived in an apartment while we were driving, and everything seemed normal. Soon as we are nearing the turn to my apartment, he turns his signal on and then passes the front entrance to my apartment which i didn't worry about because he was still on the street I lived on. He asked me which apartment I lived in and I pointed to it, and he asked which entrance and I told him wherever he wants to drop me off. Then he got frustrated with me it seemed for not telling him where the initial turn was to my front entrance, and I explained that I thought he would turn there but that all was good. Then when he pulled into the lot and was pulling out the debit machine for me to pay, the way he grabbed it and everything was like he was drunk. Then it all clicked-the way he was slurring words, the way he was behaving was exactly like someone who is drunk. He even sat for a while staring at the debit machine as I was waiting for him to click a button or hand it to me-or just anything really. Finally he handed me the debit machine and asked me how much rent was where I lived etc. No problem, he wasn't overtly innappropriate in any way and I was very good about it. but I cannot shake the feeling that my cab driver was literally drunk on the job. Not just slightly either-but actually drunk. Like I said, If that's just how he behaves normal then I'm sorry If I offended anyone! But I had to share because I'm genuinely unsure.

Very professional services. I booked the ride for early morning for 3:00 Am and dispatcher makes me comfortable about the service. And the driver arrived 10 mints early and he wait for us. Help us with luggage. Driver was so nice and gentle. Fully dressed up like a professional open the door for us on pick up and as well as on airport. I really appreciate this service and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Dial-A-Cab for a wonderful ride.

The best service ever I had in my life. Drivers are very professional having nice and clean cars. They are following the proper Sop's for COVID-19. I was feeling very comfortable riding with this kind of professionalism. And the best service for out of town trips. It was about 3 hours drive and driver bought some snacks and drinks for my and for my kids. We had spent a quality time with this company. Highly recommend service in Grande Prairie AB
