★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received quality care here when my only other options were to wait a week to see my family physician or go to the hospital. The fact they were busy is a result of a lack of doctors here in GP, not a failing on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst patient care walk-in clinic experience I have ever had. From being forced to wait in line if dozen people in windy cold winter conditions with an elderly patient with mobility issues to the almost four hour wait to see a doctor who was useless and looked at my mom and her possible broken wrist for all of five seconds. Then sent her out with immobilizing it or giving her anything for pain. Then told to call back next day for x-ray results and when we did we could not have them and would have to come back and wait in line to get them. This all over three day ordeal potential broken wrist. DONT GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5hour wait then asked if I want to try again next day. The front desk and drs. See clients based on triage. One look at my entrance form it was evident it was serious enough for the Md to call the hospital head of neurology for a second opinion. Fast tracked for an immediate MRI and XRAYS first thing in the morning.

had to wait a little while to see the doctor but the doctors are doing the best they can, in these tough times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is good reason this “clinic” has such poor reviews. The staff is incompetent/lazy & the so called nurses are abusive to clients. It truly is sickening when a clinic posts “we will not tolerate your abuse” rather than addressing their CLIENT’S concerns. The staff in this clinic need to find work at MacDonalds or 7/11 because they are NOT suited for public service. To think that I pay THOUSAND of dollars a month for such disgusting service is truly nauseating & PERVERSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You show up and know a person has to wait but more than 2 hours is just ridiculous. Clerk comes out and starts looking at the charts and she just moves them around and picks the one that she feels like. The back staff are amazing. Very sympathetic and caring but it’s the way that they do the charts that’s ridiculous They give you a number on your chart and when your number is called that’s when it goes into the pile. Well if I’m number 15 then I should be the fifteenth one in. Hopefully won’t have to come back here. ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called regarding specific details and informed that i should come back 4:45 pm. Clock out early at work and arrived in the clinic at 4:35. They said they already have limits for the day. If that lady that was on the phone just told me that i can go earliest possible then i could have wait in the line.
