★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a scissor hoist from these guys.The third time I used it one of the hyd cylinders started to leak.I contacted them and they sent a new one out that day by courier.Excellent service,highly recommend.Will deal with again.

you get what you paid. tire changer cannot lock the duck head. turn table switch broken in 2 months.
the balancer cannot do the job. customers come back three or four times.
DO NOT BUY THEIR CHEAP PRODUCT.
get rid of both machine in 4 month.
paid tire changer TC325+ balancer WB255+ helper + shipping, almost 3700
lost money in 4 month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even one star. They are very bad with customer service. They know how to sell but not follow up.
I bought the TC 2000 with help her. Supposed to arrive Nov 3 before the tire season rush, till Nov 18 every time I called they said it’s been delivered to your location and they want to find where is the problem and no call back from them, I have to follow up every day to find out where is my machine !!
On Nov 19 my next door community centre officer came to my shop to tell me that they have package in there centre and has my address and name on it and because they open after my business hours 6;00 pm they could not tell me and still Grand Prix Import don’t know where is the machine . I rented forklift for $ 165 + tax one I have to wait after 6:00 from my time to pick it up from next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car lift and since 2020 fall, I was having trouble with leaking.
They came a few times and repaired it the leak stopped and restarted. It then started to drop by it self before you could even engage safety lock , then only one lock would work. They came in summer 2021 fixed the leak but did nothing for it going down or lock not working. Call back in fall as the shop got busy, they sent the service tech like the next day with no parts even though he seems to know immediately what was wrong said they would ship me the parts but it seems like the ship ran a ground coming from far end of china. I'm still waiting, mean while this has gotten even worst! So buyer be wear doesn't even deserve one star! This is very dangerous so please be careful, I am managing it until I can go there calling just stress me out even the more! Oh had to put one star to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lift for my home garage and they didn't bother to tell me any requirement about the concrete. They installation team start complaning they weren't even in the driveway because i have a tempo in front of the garage.
Then when we were in the garage he told me he can't install the lift because he don't want the liability if anything happen because i have a crack in the floor.
After that he ask me how thick the concrete was and i told him 4 inch which i learn isnt enought ... nobody told me when i bought it that i need 4.5 inch.
He then made a hole and confirm he can't install it and left. At least he told me i can cut my floor 2 feet each side and poor 8inch minimum of concrete.
Now i ended up with a day off for nothing and a hole in the floor.
The sale department only told me they can't garantee they can install the lift before they arrrive
