★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was SUPER UNIMPRESSED with the horrible customer service and lack of product support at the Nisku location. A rare experience for me and a first time rating a company online as a result. Makes me not want to ever even have to deal with any of their branches ever again as a result of one location!!! WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE

Placed an order over a week ago and when I go to inquire about not receiving the items on the ship date, I am informed that stock ran out a few days ago and I won’t be getting my order, wow!! This makes no sense as the items were in stock when I placed the order, received confirmation of my order, and no notification from the company at all. This is the worst service from a company and so extremely disappointing when it involves safety items for my family. I will never order from your company ever again and plan to inform as many people as I can, as you give people false hope and you should be disgusted that you run a business this way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person was gruff and short and told me that a product that the are suppose to carry was not available. Normally a sales person asked you how you are doing - not this guy. I went down the road to Greggs and the item was in stock. First and last time I go to Granger.
