★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John was an amazing pilot and incredibly skilled operator. He was punctual and safe being very thorough on safety procedures. He made us feel comfortable and the aircraft was in pristine condition. Considering the circumstances of us being stranded in hope for days, being able to enjoy a nice flight home and giving us a direct flight path was a good way to finish off a vacation that had turned into a natural disaster. We can't thank the crew and supporting staff enough for making this possible at such short notice. Glad to be home.
