They enforce Safety procedures well.
But the attitude the lower ranking Formans have needs to stop, unless you dont want new workers. They treat their green horns worse than any company I've been to.
I wouldn't recommend working for them UNLESS you have your red seal, or you a skilled certified trade.....If your NOT ,be prepared to be treated worse than a homeless person, the abuse in power is not humane and when you speak up about it, it's the formans word over the green horn. Good luck New comers.
