I did placenta encapsulation and she was very communicative and quick to get the job done, plus the placenta pills made a huge impact in increasing my energy levels for my first 8 weeks postpartum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a baby and enquired about placenta encapsulation. After lots of research I decided to go ahead with it. Grace was incredible. I had a million questions and she answered all of them. All of my texts were answered.. even at Late hours of the night. The process was so smooth and I couldn’t be happier. For anyone considering... it was the best decision I made for my postpartum recovery. By the second day taking the pills, my energy levels were insanely high. Even with not much sleep. My mood was amazing and I truly thank Grace for her amazing customer support and these magic pills!
She even emailed me a few weeks in to check on me and see how I was doing. I was hand delivered my pills 3 days after delivery in a cute bag with a surprise cord keepsake in the shape of a heart.
Thank you again a thousand times over !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with Graceful Birth. Grace was able to accommodate me last minute with her encapsulation services. The fact that they come to the hospital is so so so convenient you don't have to worry about a thing. She worked very quickly to turn my capsules around and they were delivered in a cute little package that had useful information and the umbilical cord in a little baggy. She makes herself available via email and text for any questions or concerns and makes an effort to follow up. Would definitely use their services in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Graceful Birth Doula Services to capsulize my placenta. At first I was skeptical about taking placenta pills as the thought of eating my placenta was odd and unusual. However after taking them a week after my labour, I instantly woke up with more energy, didn't suffer with any postpartum depression. I would highly recommend Graceful Birth Doula Services to anyone, as they were extremely professional and efficient services.

I have found tremendous benefits in my post partum recovery with my mood and milk supply. Grace is very quick in responding to any message and question, and she creates a very professional looking product. I am even from out of town and she still was able to accommodate us and express ship my package to me quickly.

Her energy, her vibe, her dedication, her warmth, her experience, her sense of humor, her smile, her stories will not only serve you in this delicate journey, but will make it ten times better and easier. My pregnancy and birth turned out to be much more difficult towards the end and she was there for us, all the way, supporting us in a way that made me feel like I had family by my side. She is just light in any dark place or in any place for that matter. She just makes everything easier and better for you. All my fears, my worries, my pregnancy complications - they were much more bearable because Charmaine was there to share her wisdom and emotional support with us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing soul to support them in the great but delicate and unpredictable journey of pregnancy and birth.
