★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris was a very empathetic and kind contact for us at Grace Memorial. We had to deal with the unexpected passing of my stepdad and Chris was able to walk us through each step of the process and even let us know little things they could do to help us honour our loved one. He was also able to help us get private transfer permits and have us the paperwork for things that were not related to a service/cremation. Indeed, Chris was able to make a difficult process easier and much less stressful. Thank you to Chris.
