★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs to close. They are just bringing all the junkies into the downtown core of Belleville, and they are ruining the city. Syringes everywhere, people screaming at random cars, fist fights, harassing patrons and business owners. I'm taking this to city council. And worst of all, all of this is taking place about 100 feet from a high school, and an elementary school. I'm absolutely disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was suppost to ne a 24 shelter with qualified staff round the clock it's a scam look to cobourg transition home its successful but they don't want to or care and why is that belleville is the only place to do this is you have to prove your getting on your feet like homeless is enough to have to worry about.
This place is so corrupt what is wrong with this town this place has been the same for 30 years it will never change grow get with the program or amount to anything.
