β β β β β Beautiful Brand New Mobile Home Park, with all New Mobiles. Many still for sale, fully set up and move in ready. Dave and Debra are very nice on site Managers, with high standards. Right on the river and mountain views too!! Wonderful place to call home!

β β β β β My wife and I recently moved into Grace Estates. We actually spent our first night in our new home with no power , no water no heat. Move in day was when BC's atmospheric river took place. Even with the lack of services caused by the slides, rain and power outages. We loved it we camped in our new house. We used tea lights to see and cook. My wife cooked the best Quesadilla on tea lights. The adventure started and we were home. We love the park. Debra and Dave are the nicest people you will ever meet. We have had lots of snow in Dec and again in Jan. My wife and I are not retired and at 5 in the morning Dave is out plowing the road in the park. This is such a nice feeling knowing they look after the roads so well. Our neighbors are awesome, and we look forward to meeting everyone. If you like country life this is the place to live. We are so happy we moved here and thankful Debra, Dave and Tim took a chance with us. We so appreciate their hospitality.
