Les travaux ont été exécutés rapidement .et proprement..J'ai aussi apprécié leur professionnalisme. Car en remplaçant les anciennes gouttières,ils ont fait les modifications nécessaires pour protéger ma couvertures en ajoutant 2 descentes supplémentaires. .Et ce à un coût très compétitif. Bravo ! For the first time in 20 years I have gutters that do not flow. The work was executed quickly and properly .. I also appreciated their professionalism. Because by replacing the old gutters, they made the necessary modifications to protect my covers by adding 2 additional descents. And this at a very competitive cost. Bravo!

En octobre, une partie du fascia c’est décollé du toit. Un mois plus tard, ils sont venus le fixer. Au printemps 2021, j’ai eu une infiltration d’eau à l’intérieur du fascia. Résultat, j’ai eu des marches glacées. J’ai laissé plusieurs messages sans aucun retour d’appel. Quand on réussi a leurs parler, ils mettent la faute sur les autres jamais eux. Ca prend environ 1 mois pour qu’ils se déplacent pour évaluer le problème. Quand ils ne peuvent pas dire que c’est la faute des autres contacteurs, c’est la faute du client!!! Mais jamais leurs responsabilités. Personnes très condescendes, prend le client pour des stupides. Ils changent le code du bâtiment à leur avantage…. Pour couvrir leurs erreurs. Je ne réfèrerais pas cette compagnie, travail pas très méticuleux, aucun service après installation et leurs attitudes!!! I had the gutters and fascia installed on my house with Les Gouttières Générations in September 2020. In October, part of the fascia came off the roof. A month later, they came to fix it. In the spring of 2021, I had water infiltration inside the fascia. As a result, I had icy walks. I left several messages without any return calls. When we succeed in talking to them, they put the blame on others, never them. It takes about 1 month for them to travel to assess the problem. When they can't tell it's the fault of the other contactors, it's the customer's fault !!! But never their responsibilities. Very condescending people, take the customer for stupid ones. They change the building code to their advantage…. To cover up their mistakes. I would not refer this company, work not very meticulous, no service after installation and their attitudes !!!
