Ordinary for a company claiming to be 5 stars ... Do not return calls left on the voice mailbox.

Nous l'avons payé. ils sont venus, examiner les gouttières puis sont partis en promettant de nous faire parvenir leurs commentaires et l'estimé des travaux. Ils ne l'ont jamais fait, malgré 2 rappels (par téléphone) de notre part. Ils n'ont pas non plus donné suite à notre courriel. Pas honnête. Required $$$ to come and see our gutters. We paid for it. they came to examine the gutters and then left, promising to send us their comments and the estimate of the work. They never did, despite 2 reminders (by phone) from us. They also did not respond to our email. Not honest.

Cette année (2020) ils ont fait affaire avec une autre entreprise qui ont confirmé qu’ils refont souvent les travaux de cette entreprise. J’ai décidé d’écrire en leurs noms parce qu’ils ne connaissent pas les avis sur internet. My father and my mother-in-law we do business with this company they made several return calls due to a manufacturing and installation defect they never had a return call from the company and this since 2018 This year (2020) they did business with another company who confirmed that they often redo the work of this company. I decided to write for them because they don't know the reviews on the internet.
