★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous management, Lexi and staff, were wonderful. Not sure where she went but new management is very sad. Don't expect much if you need something. Now they don't make any effort to accommodate when they don't have stock. LEXI worked her butt off to find and sourced what you needed.. I will not he going back.. Bad decision by the head office in Harcourt..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man looking after the cash was obviously busy. But to ensure I got what I needed, he stopped and listened and responded as though his only priority in that moment was to help me find tools and supplies.
In a small town it makes so much difference when the staff take a minute to just be good neighbours.
That is what our location is like..
