Owners and workers are always friendly!!! Portion sizes are huge and they make sure you have everything you need before you leave. We always ask for less salt, no msg, and less oil and they make the accommodations. Can't wait to revisit when we're in the area and allowed to (aka after lockdown and other restrictions are lifted). They've been around for decades for a reason!

This place is no doubt one of the most pleasant place to eat in the area. Always when I visit this place I am exceedingly happy. They always keep their high level service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.

I have been coming here for more than 15 years and its still amazing to this day! The chicken pakora is my favorite dish on the menu!

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this great restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a fabulous evening and the restaurant was unquestionably one of the reasons for that happy event. The waiters cooperated in a sweet manner, the food was tasty and my buddies were extremely pleased. We shall definitely return for more events. thanks very much.

Food quantity is good. Quality not. If you are ordering any meat dishes there is whole bunch of veggies but meat ratio is very very less. The Chinese old guy who is usually there who wears glasses and is behind the counter is plain cold in attitude. Just your typical strip mall Chinese Hakka Halal restaurant on Eglinton Ave near Kennedy Subway Station.

Came with a group of 20 after a hike that ended at Kennedy Station, and found this place nearby. We got in a little before 2:45 PM, and there were already a few tables occupied, but we managed to get everyone seated. There was only one person working out front, but she let us to move tables around to accommodate the group. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Washroom is clean. Decor includes large fans hanging on the wall along with some portraits. Forks and napkins are provided. Spoons, knives, and chopsticks can be requested, though they gave me a pair of disposable chopsticks rather than the re-usable ones. They have two jars of chili sauce available on the side. You should definitely try them. The menu is extensive, with a lot of different dishes to choose from. They also have lunch specials on weekdays from noon to 3 PM, as well as daily specials listed on the wall. Four of us decided to go with Dinner Combo for 4, which came with Choice of Spring Rolls or Hot & Sour Soup Garlic Shrimp Boneless Chili Chicken Manchurian Mixed Chow Mein Beef with Snow Peas Egg Fried Rice Ice Cream Spring rolls came up first. Usually when I get spring rolls, it's usually a small cylindrical roll. However, this one was large and rectangular, with a thin crispy skin and lots of vegetables inside. The rest of the dishes start coming in shortly. They all came in fairly large plates/bowls, suitable for 4 people. We all had a chance to try a nice portion of each dish. Chili chicken was nice and tender, drenched in flavorful chili sauce. They add spices to each dish, so the flavors were definitely interesting. One issue is water refills. Because there was only one wait-staff, refills don't come unless you ask yourself. But this is not really a problem if you don't require waiters to check up on you every few minutes to see if you're doing alright. They don't offer ice cream on the menu, but the set combo comes with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, which is a nice way to finish the meal. Would recommend this place if you're around Kennedy station and looking for some indian-style hakka chinese food.

Don’t know how this has 4 stars the food was made super spicy no one can eat. There was barely any meat and the chicken that did come tasted well past it’s best before date. No wonder there is slow business here… and the lunch special food portions are scarce rations the only item that was passable was the pop can from fridge. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fast, Delicious and Inexpensive Lunch specials! Restaurant was clean and simple.
