★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what's up with this Good Earth. I always either have to wait for someone to come from the back and then it always seems a chore to get me a coffee. Like I'm inconveniencing them. I've had this experience repeatedly here. The other Good Earth's are all fine with great service though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hours in my opinion - they focus on the office trade and they are open early for that coffee fix and close up with the office towers. They always have a good selection of coffee varieties available for whatever you're in the mood for - decafe, light, med, dark and usually a flavoured and organic or fairtrade option too. I've only tried a couple of the sandwiches and the breakfast panini is excellent.
Excellent atmosphere and comfortable seating. The service is fast and friendly and perfect for their target audience. With more happening downtown they might consider longer hours but I think they are opening a location in Grasslands so check them out there - The downtown peak is mornings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wholesome, healthy eats and smooth teas with pleasant coffee blends, for the on the go business man or woman. Good Earth has been a staple in my walk for several decades when I was a resident in BC and now residing in the Queen city, I was grateful to see it upon my return to the prairies.
The Staff and atmosphere of the surrounding environment compliment each other, hey, it doesn't get much better.....well; if they have any location's in Southern Ontario, Dang! I'd make my day, as I'm relocating there this coming year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite thing about this location is their friendly staff who always make me feel welcome with their smiles on their faces. They pretty much know my order this point, and their service is always prompt. I appreciate the nondairy options for their milk, and the loyalty program is a good bonus, as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was there.The chicken salad was given to me without any sauces. When I opened it I was wandering why. But sales person just told 'sorry, we don't have any'. So I ate just raw weeds with meat instead of salad. Very disappointed such poor service in downtown. Won't recommend this place.
