★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST beach for everyone: young, old & doggies too! Incredible dog owners visit here daily and their four leggeds are all so happy and well mannered. Steep incline from beach to parking and washroom facilities so not suited to wheelchairs, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite beaches in victoria. Very clean, dog friendly, the community on this beach is palpable in the summer time. Huuuge sandy beach when the tide is out. There are stairs leading down to the beach, wheel chair ramp and bathrooms on one side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quiet sheltered bay with amazing views. Dog friendly beach but pls pick up after your pet. Many benches for a picnic lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today, during the high tide. The sand was not visible, so we couldn't go down the wall. There's a perfect picnic spot under the trees, with lots of sunlight. Just take the stairs instead of the ramp, from the parking lot. There are 2 picnic tables and a bench. There's also a public washroom near the parking lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COLD AS HECK IN THE SPRING!!! Come back in the summer for a nice place to go for a family barbecue trip or if you're out with the homies. My friend and I caught tiny shrimp, fish, crabs, and hermit crabs in a tide pool. We had a lot of fun even though it was freezing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice little park in Ross Bay. There is a nice green space for quiet time. It's not suitable for things like soccer. Although I didn't go down to the beach, the walk down is short. Perhaps a little steep coming back up. The beach itself looks wonderful. There were several people taking advantage of the beach the day I was there, but still not crowded.
