★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selection, came in wanting to try a new set of irons and a wedge set but nobody said a word to me for 20 minutes until they said see ya when I left. Update: went back here a couple months later and the service was excellent, had multiple associates come up to me to offer to help. Hit a few sets of irons in the simulator and walked out with a new set, glad I gave it another shot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. RUDE, INCOMPETENT STAFF. The staff is not even competent enough to hold an item for you for 3 whole hours despite taking your name, number, and assuring you the item was set in the back. I drove 3 hours ready to give them my money only to arrive to find my club sold. If they can't do such a simple task I can only imagine all the other things they manage to screw up. Lost a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Golftown to have my spikes replaced on my Adidas Boost Golf Shoes. Young kid in Shoe Department looked at my shoes- went to the back- returned with a wrench and said "You're welcome to use this to remove your own spikes" and walked away. I was shocked at the great quality of service provided. I then said that I would speak with Ben- Assistant Store Manager who provided me with these shoes a few years ago as a replacement pair for a defective pair of Adizero Golf Shoes which I had before. Anyways Ben was preoccupied at that time talking with a couple of his friends so I walked out of the store. I have not returned ever since and don't think I ever will. Tired of poor customer service. Tired of poor quality Adidas golf shoes. I have a pair of Adidas Tour 360 golf shoes that I spent $350 on 10 years ago and the sole plate on the bottom of the shoe is falling off of the shoe. Bad Service. Poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got new grips done here. Very fast and very well done, John was extremely helpful and friendly in regards to me returning an item. Staff at the front was very nice as well. Store has anything and everything you need for golf. I always look forward to coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need balls and tees probably the place to go. Anything else find somewhere else. I walked into the store excited to spend $3000ish on a completely new bag set for the season. After I was able to chase down the “salesman” I told him that I’d be interested in getting fit for new clubs. His first question was “have you ever swung a club?”. Great sales pitch. I told him I wanted to hit a few different irons to decide what I wanted and he told me it would be “months and months” before I could get fit because they’re so busy. The best thing he could offer me was a “quick fit” which would mean I buy something untested and they would measure my arms to determine length and lie. I walked out of there, drove to Caddy Shed and had a 2 hour fitting to find my new setup. Week later fully customized and on my bag. Going forward if I can’t find it at a smaller shop I’ll just order online. I shouldn’t have to basically beg for attention to spend money at a store.
