Been there three times to buy set clubs staff rather chat first time as I stand around waiting Just left third visit understaffed to many customers Standing around waiting . I watched money walking out the door including mine . Set up a number system show your customers can aleast make a Purchase……. Bye bye $$$$$$$ 3,000

Today I went to the store , got couple things, but I didn’t know whether I should get a rangefinder.Scott came to me, he was so patient , told me the different between rangefinder and gps watch, and answered other questions . He gave me very good advices. Thanks Scott!

On sunday morning my girlfriend and I went in to buy a new golf bag and the sale sign said all bags are 15% off unless they are a 2022 model. So she picked out a 2021 calaway bag, we purchased it then once we got home we noticed we had been overcharged and that they did not give her the 15% off on the bag. So i went back tuesday morning to discuss this and I was told it’s not all 2021 bags only select 2021 bags. Yet the sale sign did not say that and he wouldn’t give me the 15% off. I didn’t want to sit there and argue all morning but come on if you guys have a sign that specifically says all bags on sale besides 2022 models you should at least honour that discount because you guys were the ones who promoted that sale. Im very disappointed.

They have done everything for me at this store. Re shafting, tipping and griping. They even shipped my pings back to karsten for me at no charge. They have always treated me right and even honoured a grip sale that saved me $100 on my invoice. Say what we want about chain stores but the guys at Sunridge are solid! Been going for years.

Just got Titlelist t100s iron set, and Scott Brodie who is GM has helped me out all the time. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and accurate what he does!! Very very impressed about his customer service! Happy to met him, will definitely go to this store back !!

Absolutely horrible customer service and no one knew what they were doing. They’re a waste of money and advertise the wrong discounts. When confronted the manager simply stated that the sign is wrong but didn’t bother fixing it or making accommodations for their mistake. When I had in fact contacted them the same day and the person I spoke to promised to come through with assisting me. However, when I came in store the person was nowhere to be seen and it was a rude manager that couldn’t take any responsibility for the store’s shortcomings. Aside from not receiving a discount they had the audacity to overcharge me for my items! My partner and I have kept coming back to this place not because we want to but because they always find a way to mess up. In my partner’s case, he purchased a whole new set of Taylor Made’s and got them boxed up but when we came home one of the irons we received was the wrong brand. The employee just grabbed the set from the rack and had brought it to the counter where 2 other employees assisted with packaging his new set but none of them noted the mistake. With 3 people you would think that someone would care enough but nope, they just want your money and to get you out of there fast enough so they can go back to doing nothing. You’re better off going to Sportchek, buying online or supporting a local golf shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE, SUPPORT A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Scott was awesome. I initially wanted to have clubs modified and was willing to spend some money, but he took the time to check my swing and try different lengths and helped to settle on leaving them the way they are. he then spent lots of time with me explaining and teaching about putters and technique. i ended up walking out with a new putter! i was quite pleased how he understood things at my casual level and did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. would definitely buy from them again!

Staff was very helpful and we found a great deal on a set of clubs. We made our purchase just as the store was closing and a few minutes after we drove away we realized we had left a coat by the simulator. Called the store as we were heading back and even though it was almost 15 minutes after closing time they answered the phone and brought the coat out to us. Their thoughtfulness saved us making a trip back to the store the next day.
