D	Danielle Arsenault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service people were wonderful, very accommodating and the pricing was fair however we used their storage facilities while we were inbetween homes for 4 weeks, once we were moving our stuff into our new home and unpacking, we found ALOT of mice poop. It ruined the excitement of our new home, with two babies in the house, all the extra cleaning of towels, bed sheets, toy chests, worrying if any mice came inside, very unfortunate and if someone had told me this happened to them, I never would have considered it.

With selling our home and purchasing a new one, all of our personal belongings and furniture was stored at the Mississauga location. Throughout our 6 months of storage the customer service was exceptional. The prices are fair. Carla was outstanding in providing us with our move in and out dates, and went above and beyond to ensure our move was smooth! If you're looking for a reliable, accessible and affordable storage unit, don't hesitate to book with them.

Carla, the facilities manager, was amazing to deal with, she was able to book my pod delivery in no time and addressed an issue with the pod on the same day. I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it as well.

The communication was exceptional and pricing was much less than competitors. Definitely recommend and would use them again in an instant !!

We still have our household items inside the bin that is being stored at one of their facilities until we move, will save time and money in that we won't have to get a gigantic moving truck.
