Often I would look to see if there was any help around, and the staff would usually be gathered all together chatting. I got more help from other parents than the employees. We will be back, as my kids love it there, but hopefully there will be more assistance from the staff members.

Brought my 2.5yr old daughter and it was her first time ever rock climbing and she had so much fun. When we got home she wanted to go back! Their online bookings are made easy and the price point is very reasonable. Thanks @gobananas for a super awesome experience... See you all again soon!
R	Rob Kienapple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids loved it....however staff was lax in not following mask mandates for customers and one mother just let her kids run wild and climb unharnessed while staff did nothing to ensure the safety of children engaged in climbing when these wild kids climbed into other childrens personal spaces! Very UNSAFE!
