I have been a customer here for quite a few years and they always aim to please.
It’s a place where your pet (dog) is always welcome, where they are actually into in your pet, not just a way to make another sale.
The groomer, Sara is fantastic. Our dog hates having her nails done. In fact, she hates having her paws touched. It was so bad our vet had to sedate her to get her nails trimmed. Sara took the time to make friends with our dog which helped to settle her. She still hates to have her nails done but Sara is the only one that has made it a non-traumatic event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff!! I feel they could be a bit better stalked but, the store is small. Mostly for dogs and cats. They don't have much for birds or smaller animals. But, the service is amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had what I needed, and the cashier was friendly enough, but man, I don't know if she needs a vacation or a nap or what, but the lady mopping the floor there had such a nasty attitude. I damn near walked out after the first snarky comment, let alone the second. Probably won't be back unfortunately, as this is now "the pet food place with the rude mop handler" to us.

I have high need kitties... the staff knew exactly what to suggest and if for whatever reason my kitties don't like the food or litter, I can take the products back when it is safe to do so.
