★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used MotionTek for a ball screw driving mechanism. Initially they sent us the wrong part and the correct part took a week and a half to come and was very bad quality and the packaging had dirt in it. Second, after we had already assembled and incorporated our ball screw into our project, we had realized they sent us the wrong pitch! and of course since they sent the wrong part and we didn't notice for a couple weeks they cant do anything about it. Would recommend not ordering from these guys.

1- We sent the wrong parts by mistake correct and we sent you a replacment for the support units for free, nobody ask to retun the ball screw, instead they ordered a new one.
2- You blaming us for a shipping method you chose and for dirt on the package caused by the transporter, do you think we can control shipping situations !! ?
3- We appreciate rational claims and we are ready to fix the problem if there is one.

The quote they provided was fair and the bill of materials was quite detailed. Great Experience Overall. Looking forward to creating some interesting woodwork.
