The people who handled our service were completely unprofessional. The job quoted was not the job completed and they refused to complete the work as promised. When asked about it on the phone one representative hung up on us. They also charge far too much and pay their cleaners barely a working wage. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hate to write this kind of review, but I would hate if what happened to me happened to someone else, so here we are. THIS IS FRAUD. First off I want to start by saying this is not a cleaning company. This is a lead generating business who sells cleaning jobs to other cleaning crews. They hold no responsibility for the cleaners they send to your home, they just take a percentage of the amount paid. They originally charged $640 for a cleaning, then they added another $200 for wall cleaning, and $150 for construction cleaning amounting to almost $1000. We really relied on this cleaning as we were moving in the day after with our 1.5 year old and when we arrived we were shocked. We had to send our child to stay at his grandparents house for 3 nights because the house was not cleaned and there was construction dust all over the walls and home. The appliances were not cleaned, the walls and baseboards were not cleaned, the bathtub and washrooms were not cleaned. The floors were mopped in a way that just spread the dust around and nothing was moved, not even slippers that were on the floor, they just mopped around them. We sent videos of our home to the company and kindly asked for this to be resolved. We called and emailed for 3 days and no one got back to us. I feel ROBBED. lastly, after I paid the $1000 in full, they continued to send me invoices to pay of different amounts. THIS IS A SCAM!

i have requested a house deep cleaning and two ladies has been sent to my house, they were so sloppy and when i complained about the paint marks on the floor which they have not cleaned they started to yell at me , and took the job as hostage to double the fee, and they had not start to work until they got the money, even after that when i came back to check their job, there was so many dirty windows that has not been touched at all, and also the bathrooms were not cleaned or even vacuumed . its total scam , i feel mugged by them. Never ever think about working with them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!We Contacted Niagara Falls office. Agreement was to have staff that could move heavy items from basement into dumpster bin as well as cleaning. It would be, guestimating, an all day project. Many times confirming that these needs would be met or we could contact another company who could. Multiple times reassured by office, yes ours needs would be met. Dumpster bin ordered and ready day prior to Gleam Team scheduled date of arrival. All services were paid in full prior. Day of, HORRIBLE!! Daughters and our Agent were awaiting arrival of Cleaners. They did show up took a look around and said OH in NO! They don't do that kind of work!!, The female said she would check with her crew. By the time our agent got upstairs for an answer, they gone. We contacted the company immediately, they stated it was a subcontractor they used. Although we were reimbursed, we were on a stringent time line and would have made other arrangements. Our Stress levels were hitting the roof. Now left to the deadline, family and friends who should have not had to lift heavy items, pitched in to the rescue. They were only to help supervise. That's why we PAID it to be hired out. The company said that they would call out to some of their guys and get there asap. We waited all day. Nothing. No call back. They didn't answer our calls. We were just left hanging. Terrible customer service, lies, laziness and just plain rude of them. To top it off, they blocked our number and emails. So for any potential customers looking for a company I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Save yourself a lot of unnecessary stress, headaches and aggravation. Thanks To your comment below. I am Sharon's daughter and I was the one who completed the task that your company was hired for. There was absolutely zero pieces of equipment that needed to be removed. There was only 2 pieces of furniture needed to be brought up from the basement. A small lazy boy and a love seat couch, which myself and 1 other person were able to complete this. So saying there was any sort of equipment is a lie. You said 4 people came out. No there was 2. You sent a sub company to complete the work and clearly they told you lies. As for cancelling you, we scheduled you to complete the work in a timely manner, you failed to do so, we called you, you told us you were getting another team out to us asap. We waited for hours. We only had the bin for so long. So I rounded up a friend to help me get this job complete. So yes then we cancelled you because you wouldn't respond to our calls, emails or anything. Yes we gave up asking you to do the job. We had enough. So please stop the lies of what was down in the basement. I was there! Thanks

We had a really bad experience with the Gleam Team, specifically Alexandra and one of her crews headed by Yana. Though the booking process was very smooth from the Gleam Team side (Michelle did a great job coordinating) the actual work came up very short. We had ordered a custom deep clean service which included the balcony and all appliances. We were not satisfied for the following reasons: 1. The front door was completely missed 2. The balcony vent was not vacuumed (we asked the cleaner to do it when doing the final inspection but she said that she couldn’t) 3. The kitchen sinks were not cleaned (there was still food left in the basin) 4. The oven range hood and oven were not cleaned properly. (When I asked the cleaner she said that they missed that and she gave me instructions on how to clean it myself) When I made attempts to rectify the situation I got the run around between Gleam Team and Alexandra with no one taking responsibility and simply got bounced back and forth. We’ve had to hire another crew to finish up the job, which is very unfortunate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I booked a deep clean at my house on February 3, 2022 and they didn't even show up. No call or apology as to why they were not there. I paid the deposit of $250, I spent hours pre-cleaning and picking up toys as I have two young children. I had to check my ring doorbell camera to find out that no was was there. Booked for 9am and by 10am not even a call. Blamed it on the weather and wanted to reschedule it for the weekend. I would absolutely never use this company and warn others to stay away!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! IT’S A SCAM!! They arrived late came with paper towel and Lysol sprays. Did not clean my oven. Left the oven racks on the floor. They came with dirty cloths which left a disgusting smell in my place and they use febreeze spray to try to hide the disgusting smell. Spent way too much money for nothing. Baseboards still look disgusting they left dust on my floor. Paid for deep cleaning and didn’t even get a regular cleaning
