★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their service for many years, they were good in the beginning, but now I have a better chance of faster delivery by buying tickets, fly out back home and deliver it in hands than using Galaxy.
No matter which city I send, everybody had to sweat on their teeth to get their legit money from the branch( any MCB branch). They all have to go multiple times to the branch, cutting of their chores but received nothing but despair or denial.
I would rather pay extra to Western Union and have a piece of mind for delivery then paying fees along with excruciating pain of delay and misery of refusals for loves ones back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my experience with galaxy due to their lack of communication and poor customer service. I would caution any customer using their wire transfer service as these people have no clue about banking wire transaction knowledge.
I sent money with their wire transfer and I waited for a month and the money was still not delivered to the beneficiary then eventually I had to call CIBC to cancel this transfer which took me two weeks to get my money back and in all this I lost 100$ in cancellation and transactions fees but Gondal’s didn’t care what customers have gone through.
I found these people pretty unprofessional and they are here just to make money and loose regular customers. I am sure there are people who would have similar experience with them so I am glad they will continue to loose customers.
There is only one person Aneela who have much better understanding of business and customer service so may be Gondal’s need to learn from her because she at least tried to solve this problem but due to greedy bosses there she couldn’t do anything.
Now I finally started using Remitley and its great service and money goes in seconds!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great experience. I always take my mom here when she has to transfer money back home Pakistan to her brothers and sisters. The front representatives are very patient and polite when they serve us. Its quick. We get our copy of receipts and they highlight it as well to indicate the reference. Were out of there as quick as we came. It's a small branch and not so spacious. I'd say having a few more chairs for those waiting could be something to consider. Especially for seniors that come and have to wait. Which is why I take my mom in the early or close to closing hours, where we expect little to no traffic. Other than that, great service!
